Amit Mehta is the Managing Director of Kohinoor Speciality Foods India, a venture of McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in flavor. He joined the organization in October 2011 and is currently responsible for driving long term core business growth in the fast growing rice and spice markets in India.

With an experience of two decades, he has worked across industries and has held various critical roles at the leadership level. Prior to joining McCormick, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer of Narang Group, the Premium Lifestyle Food & Beverage Company, and was a key force in the company’s rapid growth and record performance in India. Before this, He worked with Kodak India Private Limited, Delphi Automotive Systems Private Limited, PricewaterhouseCoopers India and Ernst & Young India in various capacities.

Fernando has been working with Mahou San Miguel since 1991, holding various managerial positions in on and off trade business in Spain.

A graduate in Law from San Pablo CEU University (formerly Complutense University of Madrid), Fernando holds a Masters in Marketing Management and Commercial Administration from ESIC Business & Marketing School, Madrid, an Advanced Management Programme from the IESE Business School in Madrid and a Master in Commercial Organization from the CECO, Madrid. He has also been associate lecturer in Market Law at the King Juan Carlos University in Madrid.

Oliver Mirza is the Managing Director & CEO of Dr. Oetker India – a leading purveyor of western cuisine to India. An industry veteran with more than 25 years of food business experience, Oliver has successfully managed and orchestrated the growth of Dr. Oetker in India for around 10 years now. He was appointed for this role to craft India entry strategy through the acquisition of FunFoods and to further define the vision, create culture and build senior management team. Under his decisive leadership, Dr. Oetker has strengthened the FunFoods sub-brand and is the market leader in western sauces and spreads category in India.

A German by birth and a nutritionist by qualification, he graduated from Germany’s Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in 1993 and obtained his master’s degree in International Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia/USA. In parallel he started his career with Kambly USA; a premium Swiss biscuit maker. Back in Europe in mid-1995, Oliver joined Tengelmann-Group, a European food retailing giant as a management trainee. In 1996, he became the Product Manager at H.J. Heinz Germany, responsible for marketing of Heinz Ketchup, Mayonnaise and Sauces. He also had a short stint at Europe’s No. 1 Honey brand, Langnese, before joining the world’s No. 1 Pasta & Pasta-Sauce maker, Barilla, where for nearly 8 years he held various senior positions in central Europe. Oliver’s profound management, strategizing and marketing skills won him many accolades and recognitions. He is the winner of “The 1995 International Marketing Award” awarded by Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia/USA. He was also honoured with the “ECR Best Practice Award 2004” for best Category Management in Food, awarded by GS 1 D-A-CH."

Oliver is a passionate performer with a dynamic personality and good interpersonal and people development skills. Although a German by birth, he started speaking Hindi and Italian apart from German and English. He is a foodie by heart who also loves to cook. He also loves making artisanal goat cheese and chocolates at home.

A Postgraduate from IIM, Ahmedabad and a B Tech from IIT, Delhi, Rajat Jain currently leads Neva Garments Ltd (www.nevaindia.com), a leader in Thermal wear in India for several years, as its Executive Vice Chairman of the Board.In his career of over 25 years he has been at top positions leading and running, advising and providing strategic guidance to the business and the management teams of several organizations. He brings to his companies, organizations and partners a wealth of over three decades of experience and multi-functional expertise, a strong industry & market knowledge and an enviable industry network.

Rajat has also recently started his own entrepreneurial venture in the startup incubation space called PadUp Ventures (www.padup.in ) with two other partners, focusing on providing startup deep mentoring and advisory services to early stage tech companies in India and helping them grow successfully to the next level and to Series A funding.

Rajat is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Xerox India and was till recently its Managing Director. He is also a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Times Innovative Media (TIM), a Times of India Group Company and TIM Delhi Airport Advertising (TIMDAA), a JV between TIM and the GMR group. He has worked in the consumer, media & entertainment, technology and telecom sectors in India, both at young stage companies and MNCs. Pankaj Bhardwaj is Senior Director & General Manager - South Asia for Avery Dennison. He is responsible for driving strategic and operational business initiatives to achieve growth, productivity and profitability for ‘Label and Graphic Materials’ business in India and other SAARC countries.

Pankaj has more than 17 years of progressive experience and has served with Asian Paints , 3M and AkzoNobel in various capacities, prior to joining Avery Dennison in 2012.
